Men from all countries fell in love with her. The men from her village also loved her. Every man who met her fell in love with her. One day, three men confessed their love to her on the same day. One of the men's names was Hkingdu La. Another was Zai Lawt Awng, and the third was Naw San. When they confessed their love to her, she didn't know whom to love in return. Therefore, she said to them, "I like all three of you, but I will choose the one who can love my father the most." The three men said, "Okay. We will treat your father well." Then one day, Ja Seng Bu died very suddenly. However, the three men continued taking care of her old father. However, after day after day, they began thinking about leaving him. Naw San fell deeply in love with Ja Seng Bu, so he thought, "Although my beloved Ja Seng Bu had passed away, I will take care of my old, blind father-in-law on behalf of her. I will dedicate my whole life to looking after him." He worked hard to earn some money and supported his old father-in-law. He lived with him while taking care of him. One day, he was getting bored, so he went to the river and sat by it. At that moment, he saw the lady in trouble because her leg was in pain. Then he ran to her and asked, "What happened?" The lady answered, "My leg hurts." Then he took her to the house where he and the old man lived. And he treated her injured leg. Later, they grew very close to each other. They eventually fell in love and became lovers. After many months of being lovers, the lady thought to herself, "He seems to truly love me. I should tell him what happened to me. I should not hide it from him." When it was a full moon night, she said to Naw San, "Naw, let's visit that place tonight. It is a full moon night. Let's visit there and chat." Naw San said, "Okay. Let's go there." Then they went there together. She took him around the same time Naw San had come to sit by the river last time. When they were there, the girl said to Naw San, "Naw, I have something to tell you. Don't get angry." Then Naw San said, "Okay. Tell me." She was afraid to tell him, but she mustered the courage to do so. She said, "To be honest, we can't live together. I am not a human. I am a dragon who lives in this water." Naw San was upset when he heard it. He almost cried. He was very upset. She told Naw San, "Don't be upset. I will give you something." Naw San said, "Okay." She said, "I have to go now." She took a stone from her bag and gave it to him. She said, "Take this stone. This will be useful for you. Go to the grave where your beloved Ja Seng Bu is buried.
