Description:Translation (Rita Seng Mai) This is about a liar. Once upon a time, there was a man in a village. He got out of the village one day. He walked along the bullock cart path. There was a heap of feathers beside the path. Then he put those feathers on his body. And he kept walking and saw a well near the path. And there was a tree near the well. There was something like a pipe. He saw a whistle near the well. When he blew the whistle, many kinds of animals came to him. He told the animals, "I was sent to rule the animals. The animals need to show respect to me and accept me as your leader. You need to do as I say." All the animals paid their respects to him and went back to their respective places. When he blew the whistle again, all the animals came to him again. And he told them, "Give me your homage." He lied to them and bullied them. A monkey thought, "How could he lie to us?" And it tried to investigate the case. It saw that there was a tree growing near the well. Then, it was hiding behind it. At that moment, the man blew the whistle. Then many animals gathered in front of him. He told them, "Give me your respect." After paying their respects, they went back. When he blew it again, they came to him again. After paying their respects, the man let them go back. Later, the monkey knew that the man was lying to them. Then, it was sitting on a branch of a tree. While it was sitting there, the man blew the whistle again. Then, the animals came to him. He told them, "Give me your respect." He was over the moon and said while lying down under the tree, "It is worth being a human for me. I can rule the animals and make them pay their respects." He felt pleased with the thought. And he was taking a nap under the tree. At that time, the monkey stole his whistle. It was blowing the whistle at the top of the tree. At that moment, the man woke up. He got angry at the monkey. He said, "I was sleeping soundly." Then, he tried to climb the tree angrily. He wasn't aware of the well and the lake near the tree because he was so angry. Unfortunately, he couldn't climb the tree and fell into the lake. He died because of that accident. He couldn't rule the animals as he wanted. Therefore, we shouldn't be mean or bully other people.
