Description: | Translation (Rita Seng Mai) Once upon a time, there were a cat and a mouse. They wanted to kill each other. Then, they were planning to get a chance to kill. The cat said, "The one who can count the stars in the sky will be the winner. The winner can eat the loser." He was cleverer and smarter than the mouse. The cat asked, "Who will count it first?" Then, the mouse said, "I will count the stars at night." The cat said, "Okay, I will count them in the morning." And he slept soundly at night. The more it was getting dark, the more the stars were in the sky. The mouse couldn't count the stars anymore. Although it was almost morning, the mouse couldn't finish counting the stars. Then, the cat said, "It is already morning. You haven't finished counting them yet." After that, he started counting the stars. Since it was already morning, there were few stars in the sky. So, the cat could count the stars easily. The cat said, "I have finished counting the stars. I am the winner. As you haven't finished counting them, you lose me. As we made a promise, the winner can eat the loser. Now, I will eat you." Then, the cat ate the mouse. This is the end of the story. Transcription (La Ring) Moi kalang mi hta nyau hte yu nga ai da.
