Description:		Translation (Htoi Awng) It took place in the north part of Kachin State. The event took place in Machangbaw village, Putao town. A mother and her baby son went to a stream to take a shower and do the washing. The mother put her baby to sleep. And she put him beside a big rock far from the stream. After that, she washed some clothes and took a shower. At that moment, she saw a giant snake crawled past her. She was scared. But she suddenly remembered her baby son and went quickly to the place where she put her baby. Unfortunately, the baby boy was not there anymore. The snake swallowed the baby. She was sorrowful and got really mad at the snake. She called upon a deity of thunder, "Please, punish the snake that ate my baby!" She cursed the snake. Then, thunder and lightning occurred and struck the snake. It turned into a stone dragon. It's still in Machangbaw village. The stream has almost no water. The stone dragon is famous in Myanmar. It's a place where many people want to visit.
