| Description: | Route description task. A small group of skilled and semi-skilled speakers tries to describe the winding trajectory of a ball up, around, and over features of a highly stylized video landscape, while an enthusiastic young semi-speaker does his best to trace the route on a paper copy of that landscape. This was boring for the speakers and unsuccessful as a tool, so the elicitation task was abandoned. The older, skilled speakers could not see the screen well, nor could they relate what they were seeing as a "landscape". | |
