Description:		The initiation ritual would be undergone by a girl who was about to menstruate for the first time. She would be placed in a type of enclosure for a certain period of time, and given special bush medicine. She would not be not allowed to wash during this time. Afterwards she would be taken to wash in a stream. Then she would climb a banana tree, and come down again. The tree would be chopped down, and a feast would be held.
