Description:		Talking about the day. We started at Alan Bore where we had breakfast then we packed up and went to Cattle Creek Station to get some water from the tank. Afterwards we collected some kilipi (bush bananas), kurtakarla (bush oranges). We went a lot of the way to the Cattle Creek outstation but turned back because the road was too rough. From there we found some more unripe kurtakarla high in a tree which the children collected from the roof of the car. Then we travelled back but on the other side of the large black soil plain. There we saw a goanna sitting on a fence post. Teresa tried to hit it with an axe but it ran away. But instead we found a blue tongue in a burrow which we caught for lunch. We had lunch at another bore and ate the blue tongue and damper and then went back to Wavehill Station to look for bark to mix with tobacco. This is where she tells the story - at Number 2 bore
