| Description: | This interview was conducted by Nathaniel Sims and PRJ. The interview began with BKX showing LTP some of the older and traditional objects that she keeps in her house. These included traditionally made belts and aprons, a flint-steel matchbox holder as well as the silver box used to carry needles. After this portion of the recording the language use is somewhat less natural. The speakers would stay on a topic for about five to ten minutes before saying that they had nothing more to say and then either Ruijie or myself would pick another topic as a prompt for the continuing discussion. Topics that Ruijie and I proposed included (in order): the way life was under the colectivist movements of the 1960's, the way their lives are improved under the reformation policies of the 1980's, their respective households and the number of siblings that their parents had, different religious ceremonies held at the local temple, building traditional houses and sung a song that describes the process of building houses.
