| Description: | Sgrolma tells the story of The unfortunate man. This story has two parts and Sgrolma comments that she told the second part first. In Part II, a man loses his fox fur hat to a fox and his gun to his horse. He goes around asking for a fox with a fox fur hat and a horse with a gun and gets beaten because people think he is crazy. In Part I, the man visits several households and gets beaten at all of them, because his behaviour is inappropriate by mistake (e.g. crying at a wedding, laughing at a funeral). | |
