| Description: | Pak Yoppy Katupayan watches a video which depicts the process of making hardened palm sugar from the palm sugar sap of the sugar palm tree. He narrates and discusses the process as he watches the film. The video footage for this session was recorded on a Canon HF R606. The audio was recorded on a Zoom H4n in .wav format using a Rode Lavalier lapel microphone. An ELAN project (.eaf) file with baseline transcription, word-level transcription, and free translation in English is currently being prepared. The information in this .eaf file is intended as a preliminary analysis of the data. Additional analysis is currently ongoing with the aim of producing a more detailed description of the phonology, morphology, and syntax. | |
