Description: | Bundles hru_1241-1243 are stories by Biga Nimasow, who is the well-known storyteller of Palizi village. These are mythological narratives that deal with origins and ancient times. hru_1241 is the story of Krulaĝavo Krudjüŝüvu, hru_1242 is that of Busulu Sogro and 1243 is Bupu no Shipyow. This is a rare collection in the sense that the stories are not very well remembered anymore. Recording Conditions: The video was shot in somewhat noisy village surroundings, right in the middle of Palizi village, close to the main road. Video: Redorded with Canon XA20, settings - Auto. Audio: Micropones: Audio Technica 803B lavalier omnidirectional condenser microphones - 2, one for each stereo channel, both attached to speaker's collar. Audio recorded directly on Canon XA20 video camera using XLR inputs and extracted later as .wav files (archived here) using Any Video Coverter software.
