Description:		Herminio Alarcón Calderón habla del ma:tanka, un árbol no muy que se ramifica mucho. Tiene hojas chiquitas, flores amarillas y frutos como los del chícharo. Es madera resistente y por eso el trozo se ocupa para horcón en la construcción de casas. Comenta que cuando se corta para horcón, debe que ser cuando no tiene hojas para que retoñe. Posteriormente a veces es necesario que se le corte una rama para que no estorbe el techo. O bien se puede dejar salir por la parte exterior de la casa siga creciendo la nueva rama.
