Description:		Deaf and hearing girls chatting at home
		This project was supported by the Endangered Languages Documentation Programme (ELDP) (funded by Arcadia). The project presents a unique effort to document the acquisition of a sign language in a deaf village over an extensive period of time. Kata Kolok is threatened by the increasing number of sign-bilinguals using Indonesian Sign Language in addition to Kata Kolok, as well as recent changes in marital patterns.
		Deaf and hearing clan members gathered to prepare for NG's son's wedding.
		Child started to sign well before she speaks.
