Description:		Lexical elicitation with the two Puruborá elders who have the best memory of the language. LComp-prtg corresonds to Lista Comparativa Proto-Tupi-Guarani (Comparative List with Proto-Tupi-Guarani), which is a lexical list with around 700 words that were reconstructed for Proto-Tupi-Guarani by the linguist Augusto Mello (2000). We used this list as stimulus material to try to get more lexical words in Puruborá.
		This project aims at the study and documentation of five of the most urgently endangered native languages of Brazil, which have no other possibility for documentation: Mondé, Puruborá, Mekens, Ayuru, and Xipaya. The general objectives are those of the ELDP: to salvage the maximum information about the language and about the traditional culture expressed through the language, for the community and for science, making this information widely available, while respecting the wishes and rights of the native communities.
