Description: A wild plant similar to ginger. It is used as seasoning with soup from fresh meat of large animals, with meat salad (plàa) and with salad from wild fig leaves (crì pə̀). It not only makes the food tasty, but also kills the germs on fresh meat. The shoots are steamed and eaten with chilli sauce and rice. An extract of the roots is used for healing wounds (òh). | ||
