They are crispy, and people may eat them raw or make stew (sə́ŋ tàŋ lmtàaŋ) from them: Pour cold water into a bamboo tube and heat it on the fire. Roast some eggplants and green peppers, and put them into the tube. Add some pieces of dried squirrel meat or bird meat, salt and crushed rice. Boil while stirring it all the time until it is ready to eat | ||
