		Description: This plant should be sown around a kltòoc (Ficus semi¬cordata) or Artocarpus (pntrìik) tree where the soil is wet all the time, or in a place where there is a lot of ash from the burning of trees and branches (>púur). It is sown in April and dug up in November or December. The roots and leaves are used as seasoning with any kind of stew and chilli sauce. One family may grow 5 kg or more, for own use and for barter.
