Description:Oral language workshop Roger Ewan Interviewing Lemmie Charley Talking about the subsistence when Lemmie was a young child. There was not a lot of job opportunities back then. To survive you would have to trap to survive. Now days for hunting we use a car or a four wheeler to hunt. That is too easy. Then we would bring dogs with us. The dogs were used for everything including hunting. Would never waste any part of their kill. Every part of the animal would be used. Lisa Yoshomoto Interviewing Lemmie Charlie Women would stay home take care of the children. They would not go out on the trap line or hunting. After capturing their animal they would bring it back to the camp & they would share with the whole camp. Interviewing Fred Ewan Fred is talking about how the potlatch used to be then. Today there is a lot of change. Also talking about Christianity. How important it is to believe. We are all one, created by the one almighty God.
